One credit creates or renews one month of one connection. A customer buying a 6-month, 2-connection plan consumes twelve credits. Credits never expire, so you can buy at the best rate you can afford and draw them down over time rather than committing to a monthly quota.

Entirely. We sell you credits at wholesale and take no view on what you charge your customers. Most Canadian resellers price somewhere between $15 and $25 CAD per connection per month, which on Growth-tier credits leaves a healthy margin. We do not enforce a minimum resale price and we do not undercut you on your own customers.

Neither. You buy credits, you use them when you want. There is no recurring platform fee, no minimum monthly volume and no penalty for a quiet month. The only cost is the credits themselves.

Create lines, set connection counts, extend or suspend subscriptions, reset passwords, generate 24-hour trials, view active connection counts per line, and see which of your customers are approaching expiry. Growth and Wholesale tiers add bulk actions and sub-reseller accounts so you can build a downline.

Only if you want them to. Growth and Wholesale tiers include branded trial emails, and Wholesale adds a custom DNS and portal so the service appears under your own name. On the Starter tier the credentials reference our server addresses.

You are their first line of support, which is part of what your margin pays for. We support you rather than them. In practice that means we handle anything infrastructural, such as moving a line to a different node or re-sourcing a channel, and you handle setup and billing questions. Wholesale-tier resellers can escalate directly to a named account manager.

Resellers are independent businesses, not our agents or employees. You are responsible for your own business registration, your own tax obligations including GST or HST where applicable, your own customer contracts, and for ensuring your operation complies with the laws of your province and of Canada. Read our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy carefully before applying, and take independent legal and accounting advice. We will decline or terminate reseller accounts that we believe are being operated unlawfully.

Applications are reviewed manually, usually within one business day. Once approved you receive panel credentials and can buy your first credit block immediately. Most new resellers create their first customer line within a couple of hours of approval.
